This is true, and it may explain my rabid AU tendencies.

("Canadian vampire" makes me think "politest vampire ever." ("Pardon me, may I please extract some blood from your neck?") Although vampire!Jean-Paul would be even more haughty and would carefully pick the best-looking men to feed from and mmmmmmmm. Blood. Sucking. Sorry, was I talking?)

And Jean-Paul laughs a little bitterly and asks if Bobby expects him to believe he'd stay with Jean-Paul forever, because even Aurora can't put up with him all the time, and she's his sister!

And Bobby frowns a bit because, hey! And says he has the added bonus of sleeping with Jean-Paul. Also, totally in love with you here, you doofus. You think I let everyone suck my blood?

Awww. And Jean-Paul demands Bobby take that back because he'll get his hopes up and when Bobby eventually leaves, which he WILL, it'll KILL Jean-Paul.

And Bobby gets pissed off because hey, confession of love here! And snits that if Jean-Paul would just turn him he won't have to leave.

And Jean-Paul just stomps off because of course Bobby's going to leave in the end, everyone does. And comes back to watch Bobby sleep. (Um. In a non-creepy-vampire way.)
