Still nothing from the U2 plagiarism situation. I'm pretty sure the majority of the list is doin, basically, what I'm doing, and waiting for a reaction from either the listmum or the author, both of whom are remaining silent.

Just checked the list archives, and the post(s, it was double-posted) with the story have been removed, so either the listmum or the author have taken some sort of steps. The author is still on the list.

I want to try and email the listmod to say I'd like her to publically take a stand one way or another. Those of you who're on the list, a) do you think I should, and b) if you agree, can I mention this in my email. (Strength in numbers and all.)

You are welcome. I admire you for standing up for what you believe is right. I would have said something but since I only starting posting on that board a few days ago I felt uncomfortable. I'm also right now not in the right state of mind to saying anything.
