In other news, could someone do a reality check for me? The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that the terms RPS and FPS originated on RS-X. (And wow, can I cram any more acronyms into one sentence?) Because I can't remember it being called anything but "actorslash" (and musicianslash, I suppose, but that never came up in the rants I read) before that, and I definitely remember when the F in FPS stood for "fake" and I made noises and asked to use "FictionalPS" and um. itkindaworked.
So, help? Reality check? Was I a part of a revolution?
(Edit: Going through the RS-X message archive, and I'm starting to get convinced that yes, we did indeed give birth to the terms RPS and FPS. For example, there's a post by Vali on the legalities of RPS, except she calls it "realslash".
Ho hum.)
Congratulations, both ofyou, and yes, feel free to throw a party in my head, as long as it's two seperate ones. Some crossovers are too eep for even me to contemplate.
