(Wasn't this supposed to be extremely difficult to do? Huh.)<p>
(<b>Edit:</b> Feh. Decided I didn't want them to have a kid yet,as it interferes with their making-out time. So I didn't save. :)

In one house, I get an adoption call about every ten minutes. REALLY annoying. And they claim in the guide that if you refuse once, they never ask again, but that's not what happened to me. I adopted, waited until she was grown, turned down calls & STILL got another that let me have a son.
So I think it depends on the individual scenario.
For the record, Brian & Curt Wild-Slade Sims have never received an adoption call.
