And I still think it's just a fucking tad hypocritical when people who're all "uneasy" about RPS because, and I quote, it's disrespectful and makes puppets out of real people, suddenly find themselves not uneasy about it when the person in question has been dead for a while. In and of itself, that's a question of personal quasiness, but when you take this sort of morally superior tone, it sounds incredibly hypocrite.

Bugger all, anyway. I'm sick of this shit. Let them wallow in their moral superiority, let them tell themslves we're disrespectful and mean and stalkers-in-training. I'll be sitting in my corner with the RPSers and those who don't give a damn, and I'll be having fun squaling over pretty boys and cosmic connections, and have fun!

What I should've done today: Work. Write that newsletter. Finances. Work on isoul.net.
What I did: Chat with Abby and Zarya. Read CureSlash. Conemplated the absolute beaty of Duff McKagan and Sid Vicious having sex.

Apologies to all you who've been to #puppies last night and found me unresponsive. I um. Kinda forgot I had IRC open, and went to bed. Oops?

On day, I am going to get a piece of electronics that will come with all the drivers it's supposed to come with, will do exactly what the manual says it should do, and work on the first try.

And on that day, Satan will skate to work.

Apparently, the hard disk burned through. Will be at least a few more days before I get the puter. Dammit. why me? I literally have not a single computer-related item that didn't come with huge problems. The computer itself, the new computer, the modem (no drivers!), the printer (ditto), the soundcard (issues with coexisting with the usb card), the webcam (doesn't webcam, which hopefully will turn out to be merely a RAM problem).

I'm starting to get a knee-jerk reaction to the ver "to twist". And when i say "knee-jerk", I mean as in "every time somone uses that word, my knee jers because I want to KICK THEM!"

And a thought thought that never fails to chill me every time I realise it is this. There are currently what? Three or four versions of Big Brother in progress? Something like that, I think. One of the people in the Belgian one has a third cousin who died in the WTC attack. Because of this, they were told about the attacks two or three days after Tuesday.

As far as I know, the people in the other BB houses still don't know.
