So on Thursday, mum and the boys and I went to Spa, where I mainly spent three hours in the sauna, rolling my eyes at the prudish people glaring at me for not wearing my towel for the walk to the shower, and also got on the electronic scales they had. I was expecting to see the same weight I've been for the last nine or so years, 70kg give or take a kilo or two depending on the time of month, maybe a little over that since I've not been getting a lot of excercise lately.

Unless the scales are off, I'm down to 64kg. Which would explain why I'm suddenly in need of a belt all the time, but it's a little worrying because it's been a year since I last actually got weighed, and I'm not sure if this was a gradual loss, or if it happened over the last few weeks, which would be worrying. Actually, it's kinda worrying anyway, because I'm not used to suddenly weighing less than I have since I was 16. I also can't figure out where the weight's gone from, because my tits and stomach and arse and tighs are still pretty much the same size as before.

I'm not sure I like my body changing on me like this without warning.

Here's a quick look at the most common vitamin deficiencies. (It also has what foods contain what vitamins, in case you want to look at modifying your diet as well.)

It's easy enough to get most of those from just a couple of multivitamins (which are cheaper than taking everything by itself). I'd be happy to take a trip with you to a Boots and/or Holland and Barrett's and help you figure out what you need.
