Finally, a picture post! Come see my flat:

First, we have a wee, uninteresting picture of the hallway. Not much to see here beyond a bunch of coats, really. Although I felt the need to share this picture of my doorbell:

It's an honest-to-god bell! If you look carefully you can see the wire going from next to the door to the bell itself.

Clockwise from the hall, we first have my bedroom. Note the crap on top of the closets, and on the chairs. Heh.And of course, my bed. Mmmm, bed.

The bathroom, with actual bath, of which I've taken much advantage. Note the stack of magazines and books next to the toilet.

The kitchen part of the kitchen/lounge, and of course the freaky swing doors thingie that hides my oven/hub. I've no clue what whoever designed this was thinking, no.

The lounge part of the kitchen/lounge. Not much interesting here.

And of course the room where I spend most of my time, my study. You may recognise the desk. That was the only piece of furniture my parents brought over. Also, my completely disorganised bookshelves.

Bwah! "My wee flat." Gotta remember that. :D

And yeah, I'm gonna look into getting some large-ish prints done of photos of my family and stuff, to hand on the walls, especially in the lounge and kitchen (above the heater).

And trust me, give me a year and those books will have taken over my flat completely. Sigh.
