I really wish I'd stop being so damn tired all the time. It's getting old. Not to mention that I can't fucking get anything done these days. Blah.Need to come up with a plan and stick to it. Plan should include getting more vitamins and possibly more iron in my diet. And either more or less caffeine.
Am boring. Also, somewhat bored.

Option 2: Eat (mostly) right, exercise regularly.
Option 3: Establish a regular sleep cycle. It made a huge difference in my life when I started going to bed at the same time every night. Not only does the regular schedule help, but it's a little earlier (11) than I was going to bed (11:30-12).
These 3 options are not mutually exclusive. I'd also wean myself off of caffeine if I were you, but I have additional control freak issues about addictive substances.
