I really wish I'd stop being so damn tired all the time. It's getting old. Not to mention that I can't fucking get anything done these days. Blah.Need to come up with a plan and stick to it. Plan should include getting more vitamins and possibly more iron in my diet. And either more or less caffeine.

Am boring. Also, somewhat bored.

either eat veggies or get iron supplements at the chemists. I take them all year round... I'm terrible at veggies. And they're all that keeps me awake.

Problem is that iron supplements upset my digestive system something aweful. At least the ones I took when the doctor said I was aenemic did. But vitamin supplements are definitely in order, I think.

Unsolicited advice


Option 1: Go see a doctor.

Option 2: Eat (mostly) right, exercise regularly.

Option 3: Establish a regular sleep cycle. It made a huge difference in my life when I started going to bed at the same time every night. Not only does the regular schedule help, but it's a little earlier (11) than I was going to bed (11:30-12).

These 3 options are not mutually exclusive. I'd also wean myself off of caffeine if I were you, but I have additional control freak issues about addictive substances.
