Drabble. The result of a session with the HP improv toy. Words were: bravado; crimson; entwine. Lee and the twins.

When Lee first meets the twins, his attention is attracted by their crimson hair standing out in the crowd. He's drawn to their bravado, their mirror grins, their knack for staying out of trouble.

Later, he comes to see the subtle differences. Fred is the hot-tempered one, but George can carry a grudge. Fred's comes up with ideas, and George thinks of ways to execute them. Fred's the one Lee likes better as a friend, and George is the one he likes better as more than a friend.

But he knows it's impossible, because they're a package deal, irrevocably entwined.
