I'd like to help, if you're willing. Would the zine focus on a few specific fandoms, or just whatever the writers feel like offering for consideration?

My email is minerva54[at]hotmail[dot]com.

Re:

We (Amy and I) are trying to get as wide a variety as possible, really. The iea behind it was kinda to have something on paper that would be "proof" that a) there's more to RPS than just Boyband slash, and b) not all RPS is inherently bad.

Can you point me towards some examples of stories you've beta'ed? I'd like to make sure all my editors are up to standard. :)

I think your zine theme is an excellent idea. I know I've spent frustrating hours searching for quality RPS that's neither boyband nor boyband crossover.

All my editing/beta type work has been offline, on things like friends' and my mother's class papers, friends' original fiction, and after-the-fact dissection of plays or novels. I'm afraid I can't give you easily accessible examples of my work. I understand why you'd want them, though, and if you'd prefer not to take the risk on me I wouldn't take offense.

(I could maybe send you something I've written--would that do?)

Yeah, sure that would do. Just something to get an idea of your skills, you know? :)
