So I'm innocently riding my bike to McD's when my front wheel gets caught in a tram track and I make the mother of all falls. Ow.

Result: lightly skinned ankle, badly skinned and bruised knee (the bad one, of course, sigh), skinned hand palms, skinned shoulder, and the start of a headache from where I hit my head on the ground.

Oh, the irony!
