Heh. I just found my old top. When I was ten, eleven, there was this big top season at school, everyyear. (Yes, I grew up in the most ass-backwards town in the world. Video games? Feh. We had marbles and tops and skipping rops. Kids these days ...) It's been ten years since I did this, and I still rule at it! Woo!

Hello, my name is Melle, and I'm ten. *holds up fingers* Ten.

Heh. You managed to have an oldfashioned childhood despite being a 90s kid. It gives me hope!

Not that I don't like video games, but it sort of makes me sad to think of the cultural history that has been transmitted through scores of child-generations being lost, all the games and skip rope rhymes.

Re:

Eighties kid, thanks. :D And also, I think we were really a backwards town. (And most of us couldn't really afford video games anyway, so.)
