My ear hurts. Ow? My knee's mostly better, but still stiff and swollen-feeling. Ew. I hate my body.

Today, I shall make an attempt at installing an automated archive for RS-X. Amykins, hon, you'll help me out of I need it, right? (So if I dl a new trail version of ws_ftp, it ought to work?)

My cat's run away. I didn't close the front door properly yesterday, so when I opened the door of my flat to let her roam the hallway at night, she got out. :( Will put up flyers tomorrow, but. Yeah. Sigh.

Also, it seems the building's been sold. Not that anyone ever tells me anything about that. No, I just come home and see the "for sale" sign gone.

I appear to be working on The Game. Seems aprropriate, considering my mood.

You'd have to ask Amy. :/ I came to the conclusion it's not suitable for RS-X, because of its nature. I'm assuming you're asking for metslashN I think once it's installed, it'd be real easy for that. And it's not that hard to install, I don't think.

Hmm. I've always sort of thought about using it, but haven't gotten around to it. I actually was thinking about it for a whole different thing, but that's just a possibility and probably not something I'd want to do (read your backslash e-mail).

Just read it. :) I think it'd be very suitable for that. The problem with using it for RS-X was that I'd have to keep editing it to account for newly aqcuired fandoms and such. But for one fandom with a set number of pairings, it'd be good.

Hmm. The real problem, of course, is that it would eat up all my bandwidth and then I'd have to abandon your-site as well. Hmm.

Do you have any idea about space? I mean, I could host it at femgeeks, if you want. Especially with LE going to its own domain. I doubt lotrips is as big as LE yet, and we've got at least some margin still. And no bandwidth limit.

I don't have any idea how much space it would take up. It would depend on how many people want their stuff archived, and I have no sense of how much fic there is out there. Let me think about this a bit more before I decide. I may take you up on that offer.
