Do people really remember the ninties? That was an entire two years ago, right! seriously though, what ahppens at a ninties party? Whats everyone supposed to wear or is it just normal clothes?

Heh. Dunno if you have them in the States, but over here, we've had eighties and seventies parties for ages. It's just like a normal party, except they play all 70s/80s/90s music. :)
