Reading through other people's memorified posts is fun! :) Because then I come across conversations like this one, and then I think "Hey. Dude. I'm funny!"

Oh, shaddup. I'm happy with my delusions, dammit!

I had a thought just a moment ago, but it seems to've fled my brain.

K, so Twi memorified this thread, which got me thinking once again on how people tend to think they own celebirties, that anyone in the public eye owes them ... whatever. Entertainment, all their free time, friendly and polite behaviour when people bother them when they're not "on duty". It's just. Bizarre, to me. I always figured, if you wouldn't do something to a random stranger, why would you do it to a random stranger who just happens to be a celebrity? I'm just. I don't get it. Am I just being old-fashionedly well-raised, here?

Lalala. I am the eggman!

...

*whistles*

*randomly opens PhotoShop* Hm. Cover for Shine (which is the next big chunk of Strange Love -- there's Earlier (consisting of Here and Now, Easy and After), then Shine (which will be the actual plot/story line) and the as-of-yet untitle epilogue bit(s?)), or do I just mess about my a newly found Campus!Joey picture? Hm. Decisions, decisions.

I need to reorganise my picture folders, I think. Or at least rename some shit so I can remember which pictures are,for example, Campus!Joey or NYPDSync!Justin or Racer!Nick.

I also have too many AU bunnies. Freak.

qsdofjqzoiejrvnldkvjlkj [livejournal.com profile] zillah37 posted concert pictures. And Lord above, they're all out to turn me straight! The bitches. Cause, you see, I have these kink buttons? And they're all being pushed. Chris with a headband. Lance in white shirt and black tie. Justin's forearms. (Just. WTF? WHERE DID THAT KINK COME FROM?) Joey. Thighs. Arms. Hands. And look at the jeans! Eee! And where the fuck did that JC-lust come from?

Ahahahaha! Okay, I'm not sure what JC is trying to do here, but he's either a fairy, a fluffy pink ballerina, or a little teapot. Maybe it's because Justin's moving in on his man?

Wow with the random. Even the randomiser couldn't make it more random. Hey, here's an idea. Maybe if I put the entry through the randomiser, it'll make sense!

Probably not.

Yes, yes. Entitlement! And, just. I don't get the a lot of the whole thing. If I saw a member of NSYNC or. um. any other celebrity that I have an interest in, I would not approach them. How full of yourself can you be, to think you have something to offer them, to think you'd have any to say to them? Dude. There's absolutely no reason for me to ever interact with them in real life...

and I wouldn't WANT to. Honestly.

That kind of shit can actually destroy a person's interest in the fandom. If me and Joey became drinking buddies, I wouldn't want to write about him sucking Justin's dick anymore, you know? Then it just becomes weird, because it's your friend having sex. ew. ahahaha! And I love fandom WAY more than I'd love to meet some celebrity I have a crush on. Fandom is fun! And, oddly enough, important in my life.

Re:

See, I think both the entitlement thing and the whole anti-RPS "You shouldn't put that where celebrities might find it" thing are both comig from the same place, where celebrities are somehow different from the rest of us, instead of just being, y'know, people.

And yes! Me neither. Even just knowing that *NSync reads (my) slash, for example, would weird me out to the point of not being able to slash them anymore, y'know?
