Second person POV is a tool of the devil. Gnar. I mean, I love it when other people do it, because they do it well, but when I'm writing it myself, it's all. Wrong. Something. Can't put my finger on it. Snarl.

Also, I've turned into Metaphor Girl, it seems. Okay, so it's just one metaphor, but. I never use metaphors. I don't. I just can't. I can never make them work, and it never occurs to me to use them, because I always feel like I'm taking the cheap way out, because for me, it would be.

And yet, today, I suddenly find myself writing "This train only goes one way, and all you can do is ride it and hope it stops at the right station," which is just. Huh? o_O

Sometimes, I confuse myself.

Well, thanks. And I doubt yours is bad. I'm sure it's quite good in fact. Generally, I find that if you hear the story in second person, that's how it should be written and you can't force it into something else. Keep poking.

Yes, ma'am. :) Stupid original muses and their stupid need-to-know basis. Grr.
