1. What's the story behind your LJ username?
Femgeek, as in femgeeks.net. because my primary username, minerva, was taken.

2. Name five of your favourite pig-out foods
Chocolate, McD's, anything pasta, fruit, any breakfast food. I'm so boring!

3. Have you ever had a make-over?
No.

4. Name all mambers of the Beatles.
John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, George Harrison, Steve Best, Stuart Townsend.

5. What's the longest time you've stayed out of the country? Where?
Er, I think our three weeks family holidays in the south of France were the longest.

6. Name one thing you're grateful for today.
Just one? Eh, my job. I get a lot of money for working with cool people, I can wear jeans and t-shirts that aren't too out of line, I can dye my hair, get tattoos and piercings, and no one frowns on it. :)

7. What is your favourite high school memory?
Fifth year, Friday afternoons playing pool and drinking beer in the pub with Linz.

8. What is the most insane thing you've done to/for your crush that (s)he might not/might know about?
... Nothing?

9. Describe your dream wedding.
This would be when I'm about 40-50, and I and whomever(s) I'm marrying have been together for at least seven or eight years. I will be all gothed-out, everyone else will be wearing their favourite (party) outfits, All our friends will be invited. The ceremony will quote Ruth 1:16-17 ("And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me."). And then, we partay!

10. Would you ever join Temptation Island?
Probably not.

11. Name three teachers you liked in high school and elementary primary school.
Ms Bockland (maths, first through third years of high school), whose methods of structuring information, etc. I still use to this day.
Mr Thierens (history, fourth and fifth years of high school), who revived my passion for history, and who was delightfully snarky and funny.
Ms Van Muylders (Englsih, fourth through sixth year of high school), who was just generally cool.

12. Do You have a favourite quote? What is it?

Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,
Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.

Um. Twenty-one?

Most of them.

Eh, not that I know of?

How they let their taste in women be dictated by fashion. Or at least what they say is their taste in women.

Um. The Fonz from Happy Days. Because. :)

Meh. Jay Leno? He's funny. I like him.

Taking a cue from seanarenay, if I'm using that "first pet/street you lived on as a child system", I'm Happy Van Haelen. Weh?

21. Do you have any weird sleep habits?
I tend to switch to EST/PST on weekends.

22. What do you plan to do this summer?
Not much. Work. Go to U2. Whatever.

One? Ha! I know the vast majority.

You know those old country houses as described in Agatha Christie novels? Yeah, one of those, except with all the modern comforts. And self-cleaning.

27. What's your typical sleep wear?
Knickers. :)

28. What's in your bag?
Um, lessee ... Fags (cigarettes), walkman, sunglasses, address book, nivea cream, face powder, nail clippers, two CD-Roms, my notepad, my Shintaid writing journal, my plotting-cards, early draft version of Chapter one of the Shintaid printed out, keys, wallet, pen bag, and today's Humo.

29. What's in your wallet?
Lots of receipts, my ID card, a whole bunch of membership cards and name cards, money.

30. How much money do you currently have in your wallet?
About ... €150, I think. I've to renew my train card one of these days, see. :)

31. What's your favourite pair of shoes?
My Doc's. Hands down.

32. If you could've gone to your senior prom in a different outfit, what would it be?
I liked what I wore. Simple black crushed velvet coctail dress.

33. How was your senior prom?
Well, I got stood up by my blind date, so. :p Seriously, though, I had fun. More fun than I'd have had with said date, so. :)

34. Tell us about any of your birthdays.
Well, I spent my twentieth birthday reading *NSlash. I think that says a lot about my freakiness. :D

35. Would you rather be a hobbit, an elf or a dwarf?
A dwarf. Mmm, axes!

36. What are the first five things you would splurge on if you were a billionaire?
One: Slash(ers) tour of the world!
Two: the house described in question 26;
Three: A flat in NYC;
Four: State-of-the-art computer;
Five: Investment that pays off enough for me to comfortably live off.

37. What's your daily before-going-to-sleep ritual?
Turn off computer, turn off all the lights, toilet, take off clothes, get in bed, turn off light, sleep.

38. What's the weirdest/funniest nickname you've ever been called?
At camp when I was twelve, some people called me "Cat". Cause I got into a fight with one guy, and I bit and scratched him. Yes, I do fight like a girl/cat.

39. Name three of your favourite cartoon characters.
Megatron (Transformers), Wheeler (Captain Planet), and Raphael (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles).
