Sims Woes

So I created the Happy Boyband Foursome (Justin, Joey, Chris and Nick), and I created a nice house for them, and now IT WON'T LET ME PLAY! *screams in frustration* Every time I enter the house and try to go to live mode, it CRASHES!

Melle: *grabs friends list* DO SOMETHING!
Friends list: *... defriendifies the freak*
Melle: *sobbeth!*

download the sims file cop from the official website. that usually happens if you have a file that isn't formatted properly, or something. the file cop will figure out which one it is and delete/quarantine it. or so I seem to remember, from my sim-playing days.

Thanks. Tried that, didn't help. Reinstaled, and figured out it is, as I feared, the big-ass scratch on the CD that's the problem. Sigh. Hopfully, IT woman at work will be able to help me.

Grar, and I'd just set the foursome up in a great house, too. >_

that happened to me once and it was because I downloaded something that was Livin' Large and I don't have that program. :)

No, I have LL, it's apparently just that the CD's scratched and it won't be read anymore. Blah. thanks anyway!
