Hello,

I'm writing in regard to the following email:

<<I visited WWW.INDEPENDENTSOUL.NET, and noticed that you're not listed on some search engines! I think we can offer you a service which can help you increase traffic and the number of visitors to your web site. I would like to introduce you to TrafficMagnet.net. We offer a unique technology that will submit your web site to over 300,000 search engines and directories every month.>>

I have received this email multiple times already, and I've ignored it because I don't want my site listed on *any* search engine. I have responded the first saying I wasn't interested, to no avail.

Yesterday, at least three people I know received this spam email about a domain they have nothing whatsoever to do with, other than knowing me. I don't know how or why you got these people's emails, but please remove them from your database.

I don't want any of my friends *or* myself to ever again receive another one of these emails.

Sincerely,

Sofie Werkers

Sent with return receipt so I can actually know if they've even read it.

I've actually gotten that e-mail once... which is kind of odd, as I have nothing to do with your site, except that I visited it. Hmmm...

Re:

Katie, Patrick and Tammy don't have anything to do with it, either. I don't get it.

No answer as of yet, btw.

I actually a very similar one once, except it said "your site Strange Attraction". Great job, guys, getting the name of my site wrong...

And I have this vague memory of getting that same e-mail for something. Maybe it was Arsiel.
