    11. My current favourite picture. Jason has his arms around Kirk, all flat on his chest and everything, and James is reaching all the way across Lars' and Kirk's shoulders to put his hand on Jason's. Awww. Except Lars looks really very tired.

    14. Whu? Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't someone from The Other List make this? Cause IIRC, Marianne Faithful was originally in the middle here. Also, the caption is "Aww, they love each other." And this person was shocked at seeing metslash? Eeesh. Yes, Ruth, I bet we could bring her to the slash side. Waaai!
    At this point, our journaller is rudely interrupted by the closing of the cybercafe. She is not pleased.

You are slowly dragging me back into Metallica fandom...my mom and her asshole boyfriend used to listen to them 24/7, and it kind of wore thin...but these pictures are bringing me back! I'm even getting an idea for some Metallica slash (a love triangle, even!)...

See, that's what I thought. I asked (using one of my aliases) where she got the pic, but she said she didn't remember, and she now has a note saying she doesn't know where she got any of the pics. I got that picture DCC from one of the S's, who shall remain unamed because she wants to be that way, and Marianne Faithfull most certainly is supposed to be in the middle. I was convinced that Quiggs had to be on the other list, but I guess not. Makes you wonder, though.

Quiggs' site is also where I snagged the Kirk/Lars Christmas porn picture from.

Oh. Yes. This could go along with Jason leaving the band, or go Zero-style and end up with somebody getting killed. Kirk is rife with angst after realizing that he's been lying to himself all these years, and the one he really loves is James. He confides in Jason, who is heartbroken because he has feelings for Kirk. Jason tries his best to win Kirk over, but fails.

Happy ending: James realizes his feelings for Kirk, and despite the fans and the critics, lets their affair be known.
Sad ending: James is repulsed, leaving Kirk all alone.
Zero ending: Jason kills James, is hauled off to jail, and poor Kirk is still all alone.
(I love 'im! I really do! But it's just so perfect to have it end that way...)
