Goodness. Most of those people are so homophobic it's a wonder they don't expire from the acid content in their blood.

Actually, it sounds kind of familiar, y'know? I had something like that happen with the tolkien_slash archive a while back. It finally worked itself out (people *gasp* began to understand that we were *playing* with the characters, and that *gasp* if they didn't dig it they didn't have to read it). But I don't know, sounds like these freaks aren't going to be tolerant anytime soon. Maybe they're a younger crowd? :-)

Arrgh. Just because someone's married does not mean they can't be bisexual! And just because they're married doesn't mean they can't possibly be 'more than buddies' with bandmates! And just because they're real life people doesn't mean we can't make up stories about them! I'll be willing to lay dollars to dimes those people decrying slash wouldn't bat an eye at a Mary Sue.
