I should not be allowed to ponder religion before coffee. I completely wigged myself out on the train, and any day that starts with being scared shitless because of eternity is not off to a good start.

That may have made no sense whatsoever. Um. I'm afraid of eternity, you see. Unconditional, unchanging eternity, that's my idea of hell. And whenever I let myself get too deep into my own thoughts about religion, I get this nagging fear that i'm wrong, and god is going to hate me and punish me because I'm a sinner.

*kills this train of thought before she wigs herself out again*

DVD player is still fucked. Whine! I wanted to see Don't Look Back, dammit. Mmmmmm, Dylan.

*sighs, closes eyes and clicks 'leave elfwood'* There we go. That's it. Last link to my internet childhood has been severed. I feel slightly shaky. Meh.

So chat-in with shadowlight will not be happening this weekend, but as is my wont I'll be online for most of the weekend, and I'll try to be on IRC whenever I am. So if anyone wants to come and help me plot some stuff, you're welcome to drop by. Topics of conversations could range anywhere from squeeage over whatever band to bitter old fan hag laments, whatever strikes your fancy.

This highly disturbs me. I mean. Lance! (And I keep mistyping that as "Lace" which should show you exactly what the problem is.) He's all. Manly! Wa? I'm scared.

Hrm. Wanna see LotR again! Think I'll go tonight. I'm planning to go at least once a week for as long as it's playing. Wheee! Hobbits! Boromir! Gandalf! Nazgul! Wheeeeee! *bounces*

I am so desperately desperate for good Boromir/Aragorn. *stares pleadingly in various directions. Or Merry/Pippin/Boromir. That's nice, too. I am, for some reason, not quite feeling the Frodo/Sam love. Could be because it's so obvious in the movie I don't feel like any of the stories can do it justice. And don't even get me started on the Legolas/Aragorn thing. Die, fangirls, DIE!

Am currently contemplating Aragorn/Boromir, specifically that scene at Lothlorien when Boromir talks about Gondor and Aragorn just stares at him. I might be able to do something with that.

I couldn't see Frodo/Sam either. The dynamic's all wrong for sex, IMO. Sam's utterly devoted to Frodo in a hero-worship-type way, and it just doesn't seem right to me.
