Getting messages from the ERB about bad words in my stories up at elfwood. I .... I guess that's it, then. I'm leaving EW. I swear a lot, in stories and in despcriptions, and I. If they're saying I can't do that, then fuck it. I'm finding another playground for my toys.

Sigh.

Got a little carried away in Sae's LJ, and it reminded me once again of my desire to connect all my little interlinking theories about "fandom" as a "community", as a group of interacting people, and write it all down in one long-assed essay from hell. I wish I was more organised of thought. I almost want to study sociology just to be able to apply the knowledge to fans. Hrm. I = weird.

I can't believe I did that.

But that's why it's so good. Because it mocks the rabidness with which all those high-and-mighty "real writers" claim fanfic isn't as valid as "real" fiction.
