it depends on who took the picture and if it was ever printed anywhere. if it wasnt ever printed, it is copyright the photographer, and you'd most likely have to get in touch with them [unless it was a fan] ... otherwise, if it was printed, it is copyright whatever company printed it, and you'd have to get in touch with them.

i think, anyway.
