OKay. So. i've skimmed through most of this (and I skim pretty accurately), and did a search on "united", "states", and "America", and I can't fnd anything that says this is limited to USAians, although it's void in Alaska and Hawai (why?)

Can anybody tell me wether I can enter this? (I could use Molly's address as c/o or something, since I'll be staying there over Christmas anyway, but.)
