It was during the PopMart tour. This page (http://www.performancephotography.com/U2/popmart/toronto/) has some good shots (the whole site is pretty neat). It might've been shorter at some point, though.
I generally don't enjoy mullets. Most 80s hair is bad. But I didn't mind Bono's. It was kind of cute.
