So, basically, not only are they considering torture, they're not even willing to do it themselves, they want to make other countries do it. Effing!

Nice to know sensationalist journalism is alive and well. Oh, I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were thinking along those lines. Thing is, if they really were going to do it we wouldn't hear anything about it. Rule of thumbs when you're going to do something that fucking illegal, you leave no records of it: No paperwork, no reports, no recordings and you talk to no one except those involved. Witnesses are a bad thing after all.
