and becuase people are feeling very vulnerable right now, even those who don't generally fall for the email hoax or tthe email chain kletters, are falling for them.
I saw that email yesterday passed to me from many people and deleted it. I'm pretty much deleting all chain letters these days; only some of them are really fun; the rest are annoying. I have time for LJ and writing and my job and my loved ones - four pawed/hooved and two footed alike becuase I don't have time for spam.
My mother started nagging me because she heard that and just wouldn't listen to me when I told her that this happens all the time, that it's a hoax. (And that's how these things spread around, I suppose. Sigh.)
