As to the link itself...just sighs. I tend to see the world as quite an open place, it's hard to realise that there are people who can be so blind and hate so much.

(I almost feel sorry for them because of the amount that they are cutting themselves off from)

I know. I've never really been exposed to such open, hostile homophobia. It's just.

Cause yeah, I chose to be gay. I chose a life of (direct and indirect) discrimination, of being denied the right to marry (in many countries, though soon not here anymore), to adopt kids, a life of having to be afraid to be hassled or worse when I want to publicly show affection towards the person I love.

I chose all that (and more!) because I'm just a big perverted, man-hating bitch who could be 'normal' and 'healthy' if she'd just try.

(This argument makes me incredibly angry and bitter, as you might've noticed. We shan't get into the hassle I know I'll face when I really come out as being poly. Because ... yes.)
