Livejournal ate my "I have a kitten!" entry. How annoying.

So, yeah. I have a kitten. She/he/it is a scardycat. I have yet to determine a name. Any suggestions, before I end up calling her/him/it 'kitten' for the rest of her/his/its days?

Weirdly enough, the first thought I had was "Bono!" The second thought I had was, "No, that's Steve's dog."

Um, how soon would it be possible to determine the kitten's gender? And, you know, you could use JC, since it could potentially be a female name too. (Jaycee type o' thing.)

Well, see, my parents have a cat as well, and her nipples were feel-able from pretty early on. So I'm assuming that, as Lola has no nipples, she's a boy.

(And yes, I will stubbornly refer to Lola as her and she. Even though I'm fairly sure she's a tomcat. Whatever. I'm odd.)

Usually, I refer to all animals as "it", whether I know their gender or not. On other occasions, all dogs are male and all cats are female. i.e. I'm odd too.
