How do you politely tell someone "If you want this problem recitified, could you maybe read my answer and do as I bloody well say? Is it really such a chore to email your fucking IT departement and ask if any addresses forward to you? Cause as indicated by the line 'Auto-forwarded by a rule,' that's most likely the problem, and if you'd half a brain, you'd have figured that out yourself!"?
