Is it normal that I can't actually play any of the mp3s in my locker? Winamp can't seem to connect. Can this be a firewall thing or something else?

If you can't play an mp3 stored in your locker, then yes, it probably is a firewall problem. Unfortunately, I don't know much about firewalls.
