Customer: Hi, I have your package-- I mean, I have your [software] package-- I mean. Um
Me: *trying not to giggle* hee hee you said "package" hee hee
Customer: ... How about I quit while I'm ahead and just tell me what my problem is, then?
Me: Works for me! :D
