... Morning! I've not yet decided if it's a good one or not, that'll depend on what all is in the thirty-odd e-mails waiting for me. Gnar.

Apparently, the other two people in the department who've been here since the beginning are leaving. Actually, one of them's already left, more or less. I somehow missed all this, of course. Me + gossip = anti!OTP. I'm now even more determined to get myself a new job, like, yesterday. (Especially as I'm thisclose to hopping on a plane to Brussels for the sole reason of bitchslapping some sense into people. Must. Control. Fist. Of. Death.)

I made lentil soup yesterday, and I'm very much looking forward to lunch today. :D

(ARGH! Does anyone know how to make LJ stop defaulting to the WYSIWYG update page? It's driving me bonkers! And clicking the "source" button to switch to no preformatting doesn't work in Firefox, grrr.)

I don't know either. It's totally messing with the codes for memes and means I have to type them out. It sucks.

Wow. That's the worst preferences/settings interface I've ever seen.

You're so unbelievably not joking. I'm also annoyed that they implemented this without a) checking it works with all browsers and b) making the info on how to change it back public. Grrr.

I meant the whole tag-based settings interface. From a usability point of view it's possibly the stupidest thing I've ever seen - without hyperbole or exaggeration. It's mind-bogglingly stupid.

I never use the web update - yay for clients. :o)

Oh, that too, yeah.

I use a client at home, but at work, I've no choice, sadly.
