How I'm spending my Saturday: watching The Sword in the Stone. Also, Evita and Armageddon, which are almost as embarassing, but not quite as embarassing as all three of the Disney movies I was considering at one point. *eyedart* This adulthood thing is not what it was made out to be, let me tell you what.

[ETA] Mmm, Antonia Banderas pretty. [/ETA]

Wow! I've actually seen and own all three of those! (As opposed to my usual not having seen any of them).

It's The Day After Tomorrow, actually, not Armageddon, because I'm stupid. *facepalm* I'd been thinking of getting Armageddon, but it was a two-dish rental, so I decided against it.

Ah, well that brings it back into more familiar territory. Now it's only two out of three. Heh.

Antonio Banderas as Che Guevara -- what's not to like? And hey, I liked the Day After Tomorrow and not just because Jake Gyllenhaal should also be forced to play Che Guevara.

So, so pretty. And between this and my desire to slash The Motorcycle Diaries, I'm so going to the special hell. Gah. Help!

Sure, I can help. Whenever you get the urge for yummy ungodly slash, close your eyes and think of that nice, wholesome Johnny Depp.

Really? How strange. Johnny Depp usually works for our clients. Well, since you're female, you can no doubt quell your urges by recourse to thoughts of another member of your sex, since it would be unnatural for a woman to feel any sort of attraction to, say, Gina Torres...

*thinks of Ms Torres* *accidentally also thinks of Mr Banderas* *thinks of Antonio/Gina* *implodey death*

DAMMIT!

It's good, but it's not as good as mussed hair!Antonio saving children from the evil government troops. He sings, he dances, he fights for the people! What a guy...

Oh, god, the scene where he's wet and dancing with the little girl? I may have died over that one too, yis.

... I think I may need to rent some more Antonio movies. DAMMIT!

I recommend Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown just for the sheer insanity of it. Although Antonio is sadly not at his best in any movie where he's not playing a Latin American revolutionary.

*notes* Will check that out!

Also, note to self, when become Queen Of World, make Mr Banderas play Che Guavara ALL THE TIME. Guh.
