Once again, I try to reformat my iPod. Dammit! It was okay, except I couldn't get it to actually upload all my songs, because it kept crashing after 200 or so, and then a whole bunch of them skipped when I tried to play them. So I was trying to uploaded the songs in batches, and bam. And now it's back to the exclamation mark folder, and thus also back to reformatting for me. Fuck it all, I have a bunch of new songs I want to plaaayyyy!

(And it's not working and I'm about to start throwing stuff in frustration, here.)

Still on the retail line. So much hate for the general public, yuo would not believe. And half of these calls are people wanting to get on the mailing list for new parents, which, is it spawning season or something? Ten, fifteen of these a day, people!

I have been informed recently that more babies are born in February than any other month. Supposedly, this is because February is nine months after May, and warm May nights are perfectly suited for heterosexual human breeding.

My father and my brother both have birthdays in Frebruary. Make of that what you will.

Huh. Whereas my parents seem to have a propensity for breeding in the cold February/March times, it seems (I'm a December child, my youngest brother's from November), which makes much more sense to me.

Sure thing! Have you tried iTunes? I'm pretty sure that lets you burn mp3s to CDs as regular audio files.

Have just checked iTunes, and: In Preferences, to to Advanced -> Burning, and select "Audio CD". That should do you, I think.

the problem is "burning" is not an option in my "advanced" menu.

(I've probably made a very geeky mistake now... but still)

Huh. Do you have the most up-to-date version of iTunes? It shouldhave three subtabs in the advanced tab: General, Importing and Burning.

I do, I downloaded the latest version yesterday. In Dutch, but that doesn't make much difference I should think.
Hm, could it be that I'm just aiming at the wrong "advanced" or have the wrong window open. It's showing my library at the moment and my advanced menu has things like "switch to miniplayer", "open stream", etc

Aha, I see where we've gone wrong. In the Edit menu, go to "Preferences," then click on the "Advanced" tab. :)
