So, because I'm an idiot, it never occured to me to check the Denise store page to see if they might have stores in the UK that sell the needles. Which, er, they do. There's on in Glasgow that the Denise website says have it, though theirr website doesn't list it, and then there's this, who also have the 40" and 52" chords, and the extender thingie, which is always handy. Their yarns are a bit high-end for me yet, though, although I like these buttons (mostly the ones near the second half of the page).
Of course, I'll still need seperate needles for anything smaller than a 3.75 or larger than a 10 (European sizes), but the kit covers pretty much anything I'm capable of knitting right now, so. *ogles it* Next paycheck, my precious, you will be mine. Oh yes, you will be mine.
apologies for mixing movie references, there.

Huh. I've actually just finished a top with them, without thinking much about it - I was able to stop midway and try it on immediately, just by clipping on an extra length.

Yeah, the sheer (potential) length is one of the big plus points for me. I like being able to see if and how something will fit while it's still in progress.

I want to try cotton, but not yet, or it'll be too long before I get to try it on.
