I'm ready to stab Telewest in the face and I've not even officially signed up with them yet. Augh. First they practically require a fucking blood sample before they actually set an appointment for me to get installed, and then, despite the fact that I explicitly asked for afternoons only (because that tallies better with work), they sheduled my install for ... next Wednesday morning. *headdesk*

So I'm going to have to call them and ask for a reschedule. But hey, at least I should be back online some time next week.
