he already has. but also, unless in some of these states there are, say, over a hundred thousand absentee ballots voting for kerry, it really wouldn't make a difference.

(i, for one, live in a state where i really could have just ignored the presidential part of the ballot. my vote? not so important.)

*squishies you* well, important in a very small way. i'm talking like 1/70,000 of one of california's electoral votes. smaller states tend to have a lot more sway in terms of population vs. electoral votes.
