Am somewhat tired of the phrase "I know it's not your fault, but I'm not happy about this," in which "this" means anything from the price differce between US and European software to upgrade policies to products being out of stock to whatnot. If you know it's not my fault and I can't help you, how about you just shut the fuck up? What do you WANT from me, bitches? Oh, god, that too! It's like, what the fuck do these people EXPECT? Sure, I get commission on sales, but dude, I'm not gonna prostrate myself over here just to get a customer to buy stuff. Especially when the reason they're pissed off is that they're refusing to follow perfectly logical and reasonable company policey. (No, we can't send you a new serial number/replacement disk without proof of purchase. WhY? BECAUSE OTHERWISE ANY DIPSHIP COULD CALL UP AND GET A SN WITHOUT ACTUALLY BUYING THE SOFTWARE YOU TWIT!)
