Yep. And yet long entries with actual content get maybe one or two comments. Clearly my friendslist is insane. :D

It's a well-established phenomenon. I've seen it happen in many people's LJs.

My theory is that people don't feel comfortable commenting on the longer, usually more serious, stuff, but with short random posts like this, people feel free to be silly.
