Well, he only signed his first name, so I don't think he's the type to get pissy, but still. I just did a generic "Dear Sir", no first or last name, which seemed neutral enough.
He's an actual Lord, as in the House Of.
This is gonna bug me, now. I know the rules for everyone else (Sirs, Professor Sirs, Professor Dr Sirs, Rabbis, ...), but I've not yet had to deal with a Lord. Dammit!
