Have applied to half dozen jobs, including one that prompted me to wonder if I should be applying for the job advertised, or for the job of whoever wrote the ad. Because reallty, all-caps and excessive punctuation? Oi.

Yes! I saw that (unfortunately, you were gone by the time I did- I'm having some computer problems...), and yes. You should have his/her job. That is clearly the sign of someone who either doesn't spend enough time on the 'net, or spends entirely too much time.

Oh, tell me about it. I did end up applying for that job, because they offer a decent salary, in Edinburgh, plus a relocation package, which is good, and hopefully I'll find another half a dozen to apply for today. *crosses fingers*
