So, let's see. so far, my day has consisted of:

  • Twelve spontaneous logouts from the IMS server;
  • Eleven hundred things to do in the next two and a half hours;
  • Ten phone calls in a row;
  • Nine minutes before I call the phone fixing place back to demand to speak to a tech;
  • Eight words written;
  • Seven words deleted;
  • Six plot bunnies hatching;
  • Five cigarettes;
  • Four mugs of coffee;
  • Three nasty falls on my way from my flat to the station;
  • Two wet and cold feet;
  • And a splitting headache of undetermined origin.

So no, I'm not having a good day today.

Awww... Poor Melle. *pets*

If only you could kill off those plotbunnies and use the fur to warm your feet...

I can sympathise with those falls, though I managed not to fall (yet) today -- had a few close shaves, though. Not to mention in the car this morning, when they hadn't sprinkled salt everywhere yet. Ugh, scary! I got up 45 minutes early to get to my train on time.
I hope you got away with just a scare... Though those can rather ruin your day, too.

Good luck with those phones...

Re:

*purs* Thank you.

Yeah, mostly got away with a bruise on my ass and one on my hand from trying to avoid falling, but still. Bah.

*mope* You two got snow. We got lots of snow last night, but nothing was left this morning *mope*. I *love* snow, especially if I have nowhere to go *g*.

Well, yeah, if I don't have anywhere to go, I love snow, but when it makes me slip all the time ... *growl*

*nods* I'd rather end up on my knees or my head than on my behind. My tailbone is a little sensitive from all that skateboarding when I was a kid. *g*

Oh, yeah, I love snow, too. Especially when it's all squishy and dirty because it got half covered in salt and people keep walking through it, but it hasn't quite melted yet... mmmmm. *g*

No, seriously I do like snow, but it's hard to find any that isn't dirty, or half-melted, or whatever, unfortunately. :-(

*nods* Greasy snow is definitely not good. We usually go hunting for fresh snow with my nephew in the woods or something. :-)

We managed to build a snowman last year (with a huge dick). *g* The biggest in the street!
