I watch it because there's nothing else on TV at that time, and I rather enjoy yelling "Shut up, Horatio!" at the screen.

When you live in the land of half a dozen TV channels, you learn to make your own entertainment where you can.

I've never made it far enough into an ep to do that. I tend to change channels even before the first commercial break.
