My connection went down Saturday night, and still wasn't back up this morning. I'll call the phone company today and find out what's wrong and when it'll be fixed, but chances are, I won't be online from home for the next couple of days. I can get on MSM (badevilgrrl@hotmail.com) and yahoo (femgeekminerva) from here, between 3AM and 11AM EST.

[livejournal.com profile] ladyjaida? [livejournal.com profile] themadgalene? We can RP through email, if you'd like. (Please?)

And er, I still do welcome text messages. The link to how to do that is in my LJ profile.

Despite this setback, I'm almost obnoxiously cheerful and psyched to actually do work. Huh? (If you never hear from me again, it means my coworkers have killed me.)

I feel like writing. We shall see if anything comes of this May or may not go see TTT again tonight. I want to, very much so, but when I saw it last week with my family, the theatre was still packed, and I hate packed theatres. (This would be one of the reasons I love trashy movies. That and the fact that I just love trash. :D)

One more load of laundry to do when I get home. I even washed my bathmat and my Union Jack handbag overnight. ("My bathmat is blue? Oh.")

...For some reason I read 'bathmat' as 'batman'. I really gotta stop watching cartoons.

Re:

Oh, man, I've been watching the really old live-action Batman series lately. Holy overemoting, Batman! Mmmm, camp goodness.

Oh wow, I love those. Just. Gayest superheroes ever, and that's saying something.

Ha! Yes, only slightly less gay than the show with actual gay cast members.

But really, in some of the old cartoons Robin wasn't even wearing pants.

textslash, take un-techy

I tried the text message thing, and it didn't work! It just bounced right back to me.

So here it is old-school LJ-style:

"I have wanted to kiss you since the first time I saw you," she growled. "I'm half-naked in your bed. And you want to *talk*?"

Er, it was actually just a bit pulled from the fantasyland that is my brain. Who did you think it was?

Re: textslash, take un-techy

I don't know, somehow my brain illustrated that with an image of teacher!McGonagall and JustGraduated!Snape.

I like that, except that I would think that an 18-year-old, even an 18 year old Snape, would be more interested in the sex than in the talking.

My brain is working on a bunny along those lines though. Post-Death Eater Snape trying to get used to calling her Minerva instead of Professor McGonagall.
