I have a feeling that was written by a USAian person who got their conversions wrong. Then again, would most USAians think to convert to the metric system when writing in a British fandom. (Especially since the HP world still measures in feet and inches themselves, so.)
I don't know if most of us would convert, but 13.3cm is only about 5.25 inches. Now maybe it's just because I've read too much porn over at Nifty, but he'd have to be at least 18cm for me to start being impressed.
13.3 cm is ... about average, I'd say, and I've seen quite a number of penises in my life. Okay, well, depending on how old the owner is. I mean, if Fred and George are still in school in this story, he'd be sixteen, and then it is largeish, but not <i<that</i< impressive.
