So for the second time (that I can remember) in a row, I've dreamed about me having a kid to take care of. Not my kid, as in I didn't give birth to them, but I was effectively their mother nonetheless. This time, it was a kid I actually know, although she's fifteen now and not the toddler she was in my dream.

Can I just say, "Huh?"

Dear subconciousness

I'm not even twenty-two yet. Can we hold off the ticking of the biological clock just a bit? Like, at least until I'm as old as my mother was when I was born? Please?

Absolutely no love, and more than a little baffled,
Melle

:sigh: another one caught. Count yourself lucky, Melle, I've been getting the broodmare thoughts and impulses since I was sixteen. seven bloody years of them. When you start wandering around thinking how nice it would be to be pregnant, then you start worrying.

I'm happy to say that I never have these dreams. I keep thinking that as I get older I might start having some irrational baby-want, but I'm 32 and nothing of the sort's happened. Lucky me!
