Question for those in the know

Would Vin Diesel/Cole Hauser fall under "Damon/Affleck circle" (Matt, Ben, Casey and various people assosicated with them), or should that be under their seperate names?

Edit: Also, The Monkees: actors? musicians? FPS?

Monkees: RPS. Actual humans using their own names. We wouldn't call *NSYNC Making the Tour fic FPS, would we? *grin*

I classify Vin/Cole in the D/A circle, since Cole was in GWH, but if you're doing RS-X archiving or something similar, I'd put them under their own names.

Yes, but Actors or Musicians? I've classified them as "other" for now.

Well, the whole D/A circle has its own lump in the actors category on RS-X, with actual Matt/Ben being the notable absentee, due to not being rare anymore. Do you think I should seperate them out by individual? That's gonna create a lot of superfluous links ...

There's brief Cole/Matt mention in it as well - in the past kind of thing. So if that helps categorise it, go for it.

I'm not sure where I'd categorise it. Got a section for pointless PWP written before the author knew enough about the characters?

One of those pairings I want to revisit now I've researched them both enough to do them justice.

I'd categorize the Monkees as musicians. Well, they wanted to be musicians, at any rate. They were presented as being musicians--even though they were actors--but some of them really were musicians, even before they were actors--

arrrrgh! I now see the agony involved in maintaining an rps archive.

Two of them (Mike and Peter) were musicians who were interested in trying acting and the other two were actors who dabbled in being musical - and on their later albums (which i own and which didn't sell too much) they played their own instruments, at least Mike and Peter did:) And if you say "The Monkees" to someone they normally think the band and the hits first, so i'd say put them under musicians.
